Choose your acrylic sheet

OptionWhat to compare
Clear acrylic cut to sizeEnter the required dimensions in millimetres. The clear-sheet listing offers thicknesses up to 20mm; check the calculator for your chosen size.
Stock clear panelsCompare the separate 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10mm listings. Stock dimensions vary by thickness; select the exact panel size on the product page.
Coloured acrylicChoose a stock colour panel or a cut-to-size sheet. Gloss, translucent and glass-effect finishes give different appearances; check the selected colour and thickness.
Mirror acrylicFor decorative projects. Mirror acrylic is flexible and can distort reflections. Confirm the mounting method for the exact product before ordering.
Clear acrylic discsUse the disc calculator for circular pieces; enter the required diameter rather than a rectangular panel size.

Measure and specify before ordering

Record width and height in millimetres, or diameter for a disc, then specify thickness separately. A panel that fits the opening is not automatically suitable for its load or fixing arrangement. Tell us the application, supported span and mounting method if you need help choosing thickness.

For holes, polished edges or shaped panels, send a dimensioned drawing and request those operations explicitly. Do not assume every stock sheet or calculator includes the same finishing. Check the product-specific production time before planning installation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order a size that is not in the stock list?

Use the clear or coloured cut-to-size product, or send your dimensions and quantity for a quote. Check each calculator’s size limits; contact us for larger pieces or special shapes.

Can I use ordinary adhesive on mirror acrylic?

Check with us before choosing an adhesive. The stock mirror-sheet listing warns against glue and grab adhesive because they can damage the mirror backing. Follow the instructions for the exact sheet and support it as specified.

Is acrylic the right material for every glazing project?

Requirements depend on the location, fixing and impact exposure. For a window project, compare the secondary glazing kit; for other requirements, ask us to compare acrylic with polycarbonate sheet.

For a finished display rather than a loose panel, browse acrylic display cubes.
