Based at our Sleaford Branch in Lincolnshire, Displaypro offers Embroidered and Printed Workwear, Leisurewear, Sportswear, Children’s Clothing, Bags, Accessories and Hats. Our Embroidery Machines

The Ricoma MT series embroidery machine is a robust, 15 needle colour machine capable of stitching up to 1200 stitches per minute and can handle anything from a simple name through to the most intricate of designs.  

We use only the best Madeira classic viscose rayon thread that has an exceptional high sheen and is available in over 400 shades. We are also able to PANTONE® match to solid shades. The embroidery is machine washable up to 90°C (But always check garment washing recommendations).  

Other specialist threads that are available from Madeira include Metallics, Fire retardant/resistant, (available in Polyneon Yellow, firefighter blue and firefighter orange) and for a bit of fun, we can also get glow in the dark, reflective, and even conductive threads. 

The Process

If you are using Displaypro for the first time, you need to first send us your logo or design. From there we need to digitise the pattern, so that the machines can read the file to be stitched. There is a one-off digitising charge, but once we have the file on our system, we can embroider further garments without having to charge for digitising the logo unless it’s a new design.

If you would prefer to have your workwear printed than embroidered, such as the popularity of T-shirt Slogans, we can do this also. Some items of clothing such as Sportwear and Outdoor Jackets are best suited to this method, if unsure please speak to one of our advisers. Although Printed Clothing doesn't have the same length of life as embroidery, with the correct aftercare the printed garment will last for many, many washes without peeling, fading, or cracking.

Our Garment Printing Machines

We use an OKI pro white toner printer that is capable of printing any colour including white, and achieves solid, sharp, and bright designs on a range of media.  
We use Forever Transfer Papers; a 2-stage paper for dark coloured fabrics, and a single stage for lighter ones. Once the image is printed it is applied to the fabric using a heat press. These papers do not require weeding, so are an excellent option for intricate designs, or designs with no background.  

Although our embroidery shop is only located in Sleaford, Lincolnshire at this time, we welcome customers to come and view selected ranges of clothing and accessories and to discuss and collect orders. We can however easily supply your business across the UK with our first class quality embroidered and printed clothing service.
