Magnetic Notice Boards

Displaypro™ Stainless Steel Magnetic Notice Boards for the home or office use, available with glue on or screw fixing options.

Made from high quality brushed stainless steel in the UK

Screw hole versions: supplied with 4x holes, screws, washers & covers 

Glue on versions: will require a suitable adhesive to mount to a flat surface, please follow adhesives instructions for the best results.

all our products are supplied with the protective films left on for protecting the items when manufacturing and shipping, please remove them carefully before use.

Cleaning: Use warm water and a mild detergent ensuring that the surface is rinsed thoroughly and then dried with a soft cloth

Bleach chlorides or common salt and acids of any kind can damage stainless steel. If spillages happen rinse immediately and thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth.

Please note that due to high demand our current lead times have been extended by 1-2 working days.  We appreciate your understanding during these difficult times.

However, we aim to deliver your goods within 3 - 5 workings days from the point in which you order (if it is before 12pm).

Bespoke products will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days from the point in which your order is placed and in our system. Again, this period will be from the point in which you order if it is before 12pm.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Bespoke manufactured products
* Bespoke printed products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or paypal again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@displaypro.co.uk.

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@displaypro.co.uk and send your item to: Display House, Main Cross Road, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 3NZ, United Kingdom.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Display House, Main Cross Road, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 3NZ, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Damage
If your parcel has been received damaged please notify us within 3 days of dispatch if items were sent UK Mail ,DHL Parcel or DX, as they do not accept claims beyond this date. If your parcel was sent via Royal Mail please notify us within 7 of dispatch.
