HR Manager

Marina holds a degree in Business Management and is currently studying towards a postgraduate level CIPD course with the aim to become chartered in HRM.

Marina is responsible for maintaining and enhancing all aspects of HR from performance management and employee relations, drafting contracts of employment, ensuring legal compliance and best practices, recruitment and onboarding, employee wellbeing, evaluating policies and procedures, business development and general office management. Plus, Marina is our First Aider and Fire Warden!

Kieran Norman

E-commerce & Marketing Executive

Kieran holds a Level 3 qualification in Digital Marketing and has extensive knowledge in different business environments including B2B and B2C. His role at Displaypro is to get our brand far and wide through different marketing channels. He has 4 years experience in marketing.

Brendan-James Smith

E-commerce & Marketing Graduate

Brendan recently graduated from UEA with a degree in Marketing and Management. His role as Marketing and E-commerce graduate involves combining the knowledge gained during his degree and early career working in B2B marketing to develop Displaypro’s brand and increase the reach of the companies’ marketing channels, alongside Kieran.

Nelly Myers

Customer Account Manager

Nellys role at DisplayPro is to provide exceptional customer service at all times. She answers switchboard calls, replies to emails regarding any general enquiries, as well as quoting for bespoke products. Her knowledge ensures she can provide the best products for our customers needs. She prides herself on developing and maintaining customer relationships (some could say she talks for Britain!).

Marcus Legg

Health and Safety Officer

Marcus has over 5 years of manufacturing background, halfway to NEBOSH qualification with a masters degree in operations and supply chain management. Marcus looks after all the health and safety of employees and externals guests onto site. Marcus helped gain Displaypro SafeContractor accreditation.

James Black

E-Commerce Executive

James is educated to Honours Degree level in Business Computing with 10 years of E-commerce experience across multiple platforms with strong knowledge of despatch systems and services.

Tom Attwood

Product Designer

Tom is an experienced Product and Furniture Designer with 10 years of design experience. Throughout his career, he has designed and fabricated displays and exhibitions for customers such as Harrods, Selfridges, Chanel and many more.

He also has experience designing and importing furniture for many high street brands such as John Lewis, The White Company and Mothercare.

At DisplayPro, Tom is responsible for developing new products and tailoring products with a specific bespoke brief.

Arthur Pigou

Product Designer

Arthur believes conceptual innovation, client relationships and team collaboration are all the essential elements to success in design. His ability is to evolve design projects, combined with his insight experience with point of sale displays he excels in providing an outstanding creative service and direction to projects. He has 8 years design experience.

Stephen Thorogood

Product Designer

Steve specialised as an Engineering Craftsman which fed a desire to evolve into a CAD environment. With thirteen years of design experience, he has worked on architectural steelworks projects and the design of retail display equipment for many well-known High Street brands. In an official capacity, he has produced manufacturing detail drawings in the procurement of Far East manufacture for Next. Stephen is engaged in new product design and bespoke items for Displaypro.

Simon Gordon

Self-Employed Consultant

Simon started Gordon Signs & Interior Displays Ltd in 1983 and sold the company to Displaypro in 2020. 

The company started in a spare bedroom and florished buying the factory it still occupies. Simon has many skills from design, manufacture and installation.

Kevin Harmes

Sign & Print Account Manager

Kevin is responsible for a wide variety of processes within his role. Including; surveying, estimating, project management and sign installation. He has been working in the industry for 44 years!

Ben Wood

Print Manager

Ben has over 8 years of experience working in all aspects of the sign industry starting out life as an apprentice. He specialises in large format printing and design.

Ben manages our busy print department making sure all printed products and bespoke work is produced to an outstanding finish.

John Hipperson

Installation Manager

John has over 35 years experience in installation of bespoke signage, working alongside some of our biggest customers. If John can't fit it... No one can!

He also specialises in paint spraying for the various needs of the company.

Justin Philo

Sign Technician

Justin has over 27 years experience in printing and car wrapping. At Displaypro, he responsible for everything print and ensures all of our printed products are to the highest possible quality.

Brian Block

CNC Machinist

Brian is responsible for all CNC processes. He makes precision parts for our products and has over 20 years working in the industry.
