Displaypro XT Clear Acrylic Sheet has excellent stability in outside weather conditions. With 92% light transmission, it is one of the clearest plastics available. High optical quality and UV radiation resistance make our clear acrylic ideal for a range of outside and inside purposes, such as replacement glazing, draft or noise barriers, garden shed windows and POS displays.

Displaypro XT is available in a range of thicknesses up to 20mm. It is supplied as a whole sheet or cut to your required size.

Clear Acrylic is 100% recyclable. Please check with your local authority for the disposal procedure.

Unless specified we will choose a cutting process optimized for efficiency within our production schedule. Alternatively, you may specify a cutting and finishing process for your advanced needs.

Please note that due to high demand, our current delivery times may vary from time to time.

However, we aim to deliver your goods within 3 - 5 workings days from the point in which you order (if it is before 12pm).

Bespoke products on the other hand will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days from the point in which your order is placed and in our system. Again, this period will be from the point in which you order if it is before 12pm.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Bespoke manufactured products
* Bespoke printed products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or paypal again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@displaypro.co.uk.

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@displaypro.co.uk and send your item to: Display House, Main Cross Road, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 3NZ, United Kingdom.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Display House, Main Cross Road, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 3NZ, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Damage
If your parcel has been received damaged please notify us within 3 days of dispatch if items were sent UK Mail ,DHL Parcel or DX, as they do not accept claims beyond this date. If your parcel was sent via Royal Mail please notify us within 7 of dispatch.
